SAN DIEGO, Calif. (K GTV) — Low-flying helicopters and uproarious 'bangs' alarmed neighbors in and around Point Loma on Monday night.
The helicopters were seen in other close by neighborhoods on Tuesday.
ABC 10News got an assertion from the U.S. Armed force on Wednesday tending to the activities:
"Individuals from the U.S. Armed force are leading composed, fundamental military preparation in assigned areas around San Diego, California, Jan. 24 to Feb. 04, 2023. The preparation comprises of air and ground portability tasks and close-quarter battle preparing to improve warriors' abilities by working in a sensible climate. Security safety measures are set up to safeguard members, alongside arranging contemplations to limit effect on the local area. This preparing was facilitated with fitting authorities."
"It's a tactical town, so you can't be excessively shocked," said one occupant.
While the activities were composed with authorities, neighbors say somewhat cautioning would have been valued.

"It could have been great… in the event that there had been something self-evident and clear to say that we weren't being gone after by an unfamiliar power," the occupant added.
"I get the preparation part of it, yet the issue I have is there was no open notification," said another.
